I was very upset that my new glasses couldn’t be added to my plan. I will continue paying on my plan until June 2027. Is still going, not paid off. The only way would have been to buy another pair at £85, which I really don’t need. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I’ll be considering other options

I made the appointment because I had experienced extreme tenderness in the right eye for a number of weeks. My eyesight was unaffected. The optimetrist was brilliant. He listened to my concerns and enquired about all possible health-related factors. He then conducted one of the most thorough and extended eye examinations I have ever experienced. I felt he was prepared to explore all possible causes even though the tenderness had subsided just before the appointment. I cannot thank the Huntingdon team enough. As I was receiving the very best proffesional care, my wife was supported and chatted to by members of staff in the waiting area. Thank you everyone...you always deliver a fantastic service.
