  Thank you Summer for being so helpful/friendly and giving me the best deal you could on two pairs of glasses - I’m wearing both and they’re perfect. I think Vision Express Ely are much friendlier than their main competitors and try and give you a good deal. Summer also helped fix another pair of glasses (not bought from Vision Express), again something else their competitors don’t do. Deanne

  I had a great experience. I went to check the Ray-Ban glasses for my dad before making a purchase, and the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. They took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure and made sure I had all the information I needed. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend them.
