Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Tesco Pharmacy, Milton. I visited to purchase Solpadeine Max, which my GP has previously recommended for migraines I've suffered from childhood. I rarely purchase it, but need it available because my migraines begin with severe visual impairment and can leave me bedridden for hours. The Responsible Pharmacist refused to sell it, suggesting I return when my headache became sufficiently severe. How ridiculous! Am I seriously expected to travel to Tesco while experiencing a debilitating migraine, potentially unable to see properly, to justify buying medication my doctor has recommended? I fully appreciate pharmacists have professional responsibilities. My complaint concerns her dismissive, arrogant attitude - she clearly set out to humiliate me. She then asked me if I wanted to speak to the manger, I replied "Yes please", to which she replied, "I am the manager. My name's up there." This is when I knew she had an issue with me. As a Milton resident and regular Tesco customer, I found this treatment unacceptable. A formal complaint has been submitted.

Went in to ask about itchy skin to ask to buy something like E45 . The pharmacist came out dressed like he should have been on the beach in the Caribbean🤣. He straightaway said best to see GP and didn’t want to sell me anything . I asked if a simple anti itch cream was on shop floor and he said I would not know . So much for seeing your pharmacist first and not seeing GP for dry itchy skin ! Unless is a understatement

Fabulous service - rang to see if they had a prescription product that my local pharmacy had failed to source (despite having my prescription for 5 days) by the time I got there the products were ready for me to collect! Now my preferred pharmacy!
