  This is a smaller of a pharmacy- do not come over until you have received a text notification. Reality is the text notification means they have downloaded your prescription not ready just downloaded it!!!! An emergency doctors appointment and it took 24 hours for them to download it. Only not collected sooner as another family member had to go to a&e!!! When walked up to pharmacy had 2 talking around the back , another working the prescriptions and the staff member on the till needs a lesson in customer service. Prescriptions should not be downloaded when you turn up to collect and then you be asked to come back in 20 mins as they have not been processed. Bar Hill doctors needs to stop automatically referring prescriptions to this excuse of a pharmacy

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of incompetence shown by the staff at this pharmacy. My pregnant wife was advised by the NHS to come here to obtain antibiotics for a gum infection. Despite this, she was made to wait for an hour, only to be sent away without any treatment. This has left her at unnecessary risk of the infection worsening, which is unacceptable for both her health and the baby’s. I understand the need for caution, but there is a clear difference between being careful and leaving a pregnant woman without any solution. The way this was handled was completely irresponsible.

  I had a very positive experience at the pharmacy recently. The staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable, and professional from the moment I walked in. Especially Tamara was very helpful
