Lack of professionalism and unethical demeanor from DeSouza pharmacist. Inadvisable and unrecommended.

I would like to send a quick thankyou to Wendy Hall at Tesco Pharmacy Bar Hill. What a lovely , pleasant lady she is. Courteous, helpful with a sense of humour . A pleasure to speak to on the phone . i know pharmacists get much negativity from customers primarily from issues completely out of their control, so it's my pleasure to give such a positive review . A very happy customer (me below) , Tesco , you should be proud of staff like Wendy :)

This is a smaller of a pharmacy- do not come over until you have received a text notification. Reality is the text notification means they have downloaded your prescription not ready just downloaded it!!!! An emergency doctors appointment and it took 24 hours for them to download it. Only not collected sooner as another family member had to go to a&e!!! When walked up to pharmacy had 2 talking around the back , another working the prescriptions and the staff member on the till needs a lesson in customer service. Prescriptions should not be downloaded when you turn up to collect and then you be asked to come back in 20 mins as they have not been processed. Bar Hill doctors needs to stop automatically referring prescriptions to this excuse of a pharmacy

I book a COVID vaccination with them through the NHS app. I turned up at my appointment but they had no record of me, even though I had a confirmation email, so they turned me away. This is an appalling way for a business to treat it's public health responsibilities. I have complained to the NHS vaccination service and I hope they get an appropriate sanction
