Some of the reviews are totally unrealistic. I have been using Tesco Yarrow Road pharmacy for over 5 years. Never have i received a rude reaction nor have I witnessed anything rude. I always go after I receive a text, I always wait if there is queue and I always have clear instructions for them. Some of the complaints are totally baseless and really selfish. I dont believe most of the 1-star-reviews. Please ignore them.

Avoid if you can. Took my 2 years old son to check his ears as he was complaining and first time they didn’t even have scope, after few months we took him again and this time they had a a meeting in the room, obviously you could see the room and nothing was there but the just didn’t want or weren’t qualified enough provide the service to us. We are changing pharmacy for sure.

My pharmacy was struggling to get a medication. The pharmacists here organised this and cancelled the prescription at the other chemist and had to telephone my chemist again to do this. Very appreciated and my hats off to them when they were very busy Thank you Martina 👏

The service has always been terrible with long waits and items not ready to collect despite being sent a text message. The assistants rarely acknowledge you when you go to the counter and keep you waiting for ages while they continue doing whatever they're doing without so much as an upward glance then you're met with a face & tone that screams "What do you want, you're disturbing me?"
