  I came for a tour of the club a little while ago and was extremely impressed with what was on offer. The club has lots of classes available, a great pool/spa area and is great for kids. I can say that I was incredibly pleased to have been shown round by Tashaan. From start to finish he was professional, informative and was happy to answer any questions I had. It's very rare to come across someone that delivers such great customer service and he should be commended for everything he offers to the David Lloyd team. Establishments need more people like him promoting their services.

  V positive experience- as has rejoined after some yrs being away. The setup to allow access to two clubs and level of attention to details between staff at both sites, and handling of process by Callum Petitt-Coombes and his colleagues deserves a commendation. Keep it Up! Looking forward to continue the positive benefits from DL! Always More Always Better!

  it was a "walk in" wanting to check out the gym as options are limited around Shelford (where i live) for open gym's. The desk staff were friendly and welcoming and Callum in the sales team gave me a comprehensive tour of all the facilities and explained all the membership options. I wanted access to the steam room but could only get that if i buy the full Spa package - so the extra costs are not worth it for me. So under Callum's expert guidance i will start off with gym and pool access only and see how we go. I would not usually buy membership on a first visit but Callum took the time and trouble to take me through things to the point that i became comfortable to sign up.

  Such a lovely visit to David Lloyd Cambridge today. Had a wonderful tour from Callum in the Sales team, who was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to show me every part of the club, but also to get to know me and what I was looking for. The garden area overlooking the padel courts was lovely to sit outside after a gym session in the sun - Nicole on the bar was so friendly and was so so helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The spa retreat was gorgeous, super relaxing and plenty of different areas to try out. I don’t have kids, but if I was a family I can see there’s plenty for the kids to do with the kids club to keep them occupied while their parents join a class or go in the spa. Can’t wait for my next visit already!

  It’s a good gym with a newish spa. I’m marking it down as the spa is a “Free for all” presently. Doesn’t seem to be any controls as to who is going in there and how they conduct themselves once in there. I’ve seen kids, guy wearing trainers in the sauna, people listening to music or watching videos aloud in the saunas. The staff though pleasant seem to be kids themselves and are not up to challenging bad etiquette. The gym is pretty good although they could do with maintaining kit better ie the rowing machines could do with oiling. The tennis and padel is gt.
