    Terrible experience - urgent medication refused at closing time! Needed prescribed medication just before closing at Loudwater branch (HP10 9RT) on 28th June. Pharmacist was there but refused to serve due to the time. This caused unnecessary stress and required alternative care, putting strain on NHS resources. Pharmacies should prioritize patient well-being, not just closing times.Pharmacies play a vital role within communities, and their focus should remain on patient well-being, not just meeting strict timetables. It's a delicate balance, and I believe a more human touch is crucial in maintaining a positive reputation. My purpose is not to make a formal complaint, but rather to serve as a gentle reminder to the pharmacist (Registration Number 2204533) of the importance of empathy and flexibility in patient care.
