- ZAZeeshan ArshadMar 30, 20261.0I had an appointment today at the High Wycombe store for the free 15-minute hearing check. However, I was very upset with my experience. The person who saw me—I don’t know his exact name, maybe Derek or Drek—did not examine me at all. He didn’t ask any questions either and immediately told me to go to my GP. I was shocked because I had been waiting for two weeks for this appointment. At the very least, he should have checked me. Instead, he simply told me to go to my GP. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I couldn’t help but feel that maybe because I am Asian, he didn’t think it was necessary to examine me. I felt very bad about the whole experience. I am just sharing what happened today, and because of this, I will never return to this centre. It was a very bad experience for me.

I show her the confirmation email and she said very indifferent that she can't do anything for me and I can't speak with anyone else in boot's about this problem. Very disappointed because I chose this time with a reason. Never again with them.
