I gave that score as i dont have a problem with the services and customer services provided by specsavers but the range of glass frames is not very impressive. It would be nice if you offered some designs from companies like raybans and other prestigious glass frame providers.

I found this branch better than the town one. However I had to pay double as the first lot of glasses were not working.i did mention this to the aylesbury high street branch. I had long and short prescribed so needed 2 frames the first time.now returning after a year to get tested I am adviced just need changed prescription for short and dont need the long at all. So I have paid for 2 tests. 3 prescriptions 2 set of glasses in one year. Ridiculous.

There were plenty of reminders and checks that I would be attending the appointment. Once on-site, I was seen immediately and I was told that this would be an NHS eye test. I wasn't sure how that differed from before, but found out at the end, I went staright into the prelimnary tests and scan; then, within one minute, the optician called me in. They were very friendly and polite, explaining everything as we went through the checks. As I suspected, my eyesight had improved a little, but there was no need to change my current glasses. When I came to pay, it ws just £5, for the scan. I didn't question this, assuming that, similar to my prescriptions, it was free for over 60s. All in all, a very enjoyable experience and, with the large free car park at Sainsbury's Gatehouse site, much more accessible than the Aylesbury High Street Branch.

I’d like to mention the team member who carried out my eye test. They were calm, friendly, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole appointment feel very comfortable.”

I availed myself of their earwax removal service. Charlotte was excellent in explaining the procedure, how it might feel and what happens during my visit. Honestly it's miles more comfortable than the old ear irrigation technique and you get to see before and after photos and if you really want, the actual wax that came out of your ear. 100% recommend if you need this doing.
