    I had an appointment scheduled for 3:40 PM, but when I arrived, the office was closed for lunch. They reopened at 3:50, so I waited until 4:00 PM, but no one came to see me. The receptionist was there but had no information, and I could hear the optometrist laughing inside the room. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

    Rubbish - money grabbing and not good enough!! Went to Spec Savers for a second opinion and they referred me straight away to Bristol Eye hospital A&E. Vision Express were only interested in selling me another £400 pair of glasses!
