- AAAmina1 day ago5.0I had a really good experience at Vision Express today. I took my son for an eye test, and Hala was lovely, very cheerful and great with children. She was so friendly and made my son feel comfortable. We then saw a young South Asian male optician who was very thorough and took his time checking my son’s eyes. He paid great attention and made my son feel relaxed throughout the test. The security guard was also very welcoming and friendly, which made the whole visit even more pleasant. Overall, I was really happy with the service. Thank you to Hala, the optician and the security guard for making our visit such a positive experience.

- TMTamara McleanOct 7, 20265.0All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They managed to get me a same-day appointment as a walk-in, tested my eyes, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I saw Saeema, who assessed what was going on with my eyes. She was incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I then saw Hala, who helped me choose and order the perfect pair of glasses for me. Thank you both for the excellent customer service I had a really positive experience and would highly recommend this practice.
