  Avoid this place if you want to get your prescription this century. Even if you ordered through the app and it’s ready to pick up, they will still make you wait over 30min before handing it over to you. Not really sure what they are doing when everyone behind the counter keeps disappearing to the back room for 10 min at a time when there is a queue of people waiting.

  Unfortunately, my experience with the Tesco pharmacy has been very poor. On one occasion, my prescription was prepared incorrectly with a lower dosage, which is quite worrying. Each visit also seems to come as a surprise to the staff, as if my order was not expected. I also find it unreasonable to wait 30 minutes for medication that was ordered two weeks in advance, it should be ready for collection…. The whole process feels very disorganised.

  I was told extremely abruptly to come back even though I had been stood waiting for a considerable amount of time. Customer service and compassion is lacking

  Pharmacy refused to see my poorly child , Told me to take her to another pharmacy would give no stars if possible
