    I was told extremely abruptly to come back even though I had been stood waiting for a considerable amount of time. Customer service and compassion is lacking

    Be prepared to wait for some time for your medication. Even if your GP agreed it 4/5 days prior to picking it up. It gives you time to go and get your shopping 🛒 I understand the staff are under a lot of pressure and always try to be friendly. There has to be a swifter way of preparing and collecting your medication.
