They never answer the phone or send a text to say your medication is there. So it's always a gamble going in to see if you can pick up your prescription. When you do go in, you have to queue for ages only to then be told come back in 30min ( if your lucky) Went in today queued for ages..again only to be told to come back in an hour and a half as they're off on lunch....very poor....Will find an independent pharmacy who actually want my customer from now on!

Really disappointed, I went for a flu jab that was booked on the NHS website over a month ago, the pharmacy didn't know anything about it, I thought it would be convenient for parking. I am waiting for a phone call from the pharmacy, as they took my reference number. Not sure what to do now as I cannot book again on the NHS site.

Waited 10 minutes, nobody appeared. Like waiting for a puppet show without the puppets

Avoid this place if you want to get your prescription this century. Even if you ordered through the app and it’s ready to pick up, they will still make you wait over 30min before handing it over to you. Not really sure what they are doing when everyone behind the counter keeps disappearing to the back room for 10 min at a time when there is a queue of people waiting.
