Chante gave an excellent and convincing tour. She was efficent, answered all our questions and made us feel very welcomed to the club. Looking forward to start using my membership.

Si entra solo con chi è tesserato. Molto accogliente è un grande club di lusso con vasta offerta per il feetness come piscina in/out, palestra attrezzata, campi tennis/padel, SPA...

I was a member of this club, continuously, from when it first opened to the middle of 2025. The club is ok, but the staff (mostly) don’t care about the members. It’s definitely not worth the ridiculous membership prices they charge now What saddens and infuriates me the most is, after so many years of brand loyalty, the membership staff in head office couldn’t literally care less about you when you leave. Not even an email to say goodbye. After spending SO much money with them over the years, I was appalled at this lack of any communication. They can go forth and multiply’ in my opinion.

Very strange management. Significant investment in modernisation in spa, studios and equipment. Spa area nice but very poor design. One shower, loud clients who disrespect the promoted calm. Some very good instructors means studios are crowded due to lack of space management. Simple reference points could orient patrons. Car park inadequate for the increased demand. Basic and preventive maintenance is lacking. A loose tap for over a year, two spin bikes offline for two years . . . Cleanliness has improved.

I went to Bristol Westbury David Lloyd club for a tour and met Chante. From start to finish Chante was very helpful and answered all the questions I asked her ( I had lots) Each part of the tour was explained well and she showed me everything from the changing rooms, the court, gym, classes, pools and finished off with the spa. There was no pressure to sign up after the tour which I loved and after the tour Chante answered anymore questions I forgot to ask. Thank you for the excellent tour and for your amazing customer service after the tour ☺️ The Club was really nice and every team member I interacted with was very helpful
