I’m a member at David Lloyd Westbury, & a golfer. I suffer from hip & back problems. I see Ben for massage on a regular basis. He does an excellent job in helping me with my recovery & keeping my body functioning! His being a physio helps as well & he has made some useful recommendations for me which I incorporate into my gym routine. Him having Sunday availability is also very handy. Highly recommend.

I have been doing 2-3 sessions a month with sports massage Ben. The sports massages have really helped alongside my training by getting rid of any knots and tension caused by my training of weight lifting and running. Ben has also given me training, mobility and stretching tips to use in my training.

I’m sharing this because my experience left me genuinely frustrated. As a prospective customer, all I wanted was something simple: the price. That’s it.
Instead, I spent a lot of time on the enquiry, was asked for a great deal of personal information, and then was told that prices aren’t given over the phone — I’d have to come into the club to find out. I value my time, and travelling somewhere just to be quoted a number is honestly not something I’m willing to do.
I was surprised by the lack of customer focus here. Not everyone is in a position to drop by in person, and people’s circumstances differ. A basic price shouldn’t require a site visit. Being upfront about cost is the bare minimum of respecting a potential customer’s time, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.

Great tour of the facilities by Jordan Rodgers. I was really impressed and I was made to feel very welcome. There was no hard sell, which isn't easy to find, but really appreciated. Jordan answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly. Looking forward to enjoying my membership.

Excellent visit on a day pass. I would especially like to say that the food from the restaurant was amazing. The best salmon I have ever had on a bed of delicious noodles. In the gym the equipment is plentiful and the massage beds are so good they are hard to give up. The spa area is an excellent way to unwind
