I needed them quickly so they asked me to drive to the Bracknell store as they have a lab tech on site, drove all the way there and staff then said Wokingham store quoted me wrong and that they can’t do it quickly it would take 2-3 weeks and also it would cost £225 for just the lenses due to my prescription strength. I explained I had exams the next week, my glasses had broken this week and they said unfortunately there’s nothing else they could do., I’m a student and this was a ridiculous waste of time and effort.
