- TCTerri CartwrightJun 17, 20261.0I have been a member on and off since it was Racquets and then Virgin. It is now worse than it's ever been. Badly in need of renovation. The ceiling in the studio has been leaking for months with buckets and towels on the floor. The other day I was outside the studio waiting to go in and there was water dripping down one of the doors from another leak. Equipment is worn and the Reformer beds not properly maintained so squeak a lot. Added to which the floor under the beds is usually filthy. On top of this I visited the beauty salon for a pedicure and they grazed both feet causing one to bleed by being too rough. I complained a week ago but no response. This gym is simply in it for the money. The membership is extortionate and the club is not worth it. I have only stayed because some of the instructors are brilliant. But I am considering Nuffield when my membership runs out. My advice don't waste your money.

I am someone who RARELY ever complains but after my experiences I felt the need to. Awful service for what’s meant to be a luxury gym - on average reception takes 20/30mins to pick up and poor member care
