  Great friendly staff. All willing to help. Will be going back. Much better service than my old opticians. My daughter recommended these to me and now I won't go anywhere else

  Very good service the male optician was explaining everything he was going to do next when reviewing my eye test. Very knowledgeable excellent service.

  The optician went out of his way to make sure I had a thorough exam, even squeezing me in 3 days later for more tests to check my eye problem, then referred me. Very happy to explain and help me understand properly. I will be going back.

  What brilliant service , very welcoming , fast , efficient but thorough, all staff Amazing . Special mention to Kate who looked after my elderly mother “ patience of a saint “ Extremely helpful and knowledgeable but also put my mother at ease , credit to the company . The optician Uzair was excellent , explained everything , reasons and outcomes, my mother had been to same optician for years , her last glasses she went back to them several times to say could not see “ they did nothing “”!! But Uzair found many problems , referred to hospital for eye treatment , explained process , could not sing his praises more highly ,” what an amazing young man , very professional but explained all so we understood . My mother cannot wait to get her new glasses and be able to do her crosswords and read her books again “ thank you sooooo much “ we are truly grateful .
