He takes the time to understand what you’re trying to achieve and always manages to make the sessions challenging without them feeling like a chore. His Cyclone classes are brilliant too — they’re energetic, varied and always leave you feeling like you’ve had a proper workout! Mark’s encouragement and knowledge have really helped me with my training and motivation. He’s a genuinely great guy and a credit to David Lloyd Bolton.

The facilities at the club particularly the gym have been regularly updated so that members continue to use high quality equipment in a comfortable environment. The club has numerous free classes for all ages and abilities lead by the club's team of personal trainers and coaches. I have been lucky to have the benefit of personal training from Mark Parsons who has provided expert training to enable me to ahieve beyond what I believed possible - thank you Mark.
