Marilyn (she's lovely)who works on the front desk ran to get the first aid box and helped bandage her leg. Zara and the area manager (can't remember his name) then cleared my aunties ears and performed the hearing test. We left with the hearing aids the same day. Thanks for helping her. You were all so kind and friendly towards us.i can't recomend enough.
