  Due to only 1 person available to sign for my prescription (need to signatures) I couldn't get my prescription which was urgent. Very disappointing

  Unbelievable service. My gp sent a prescription yesterday. Go to collect today along with my usual medications that were sent beginning of the week. Didn't even want to look for them for me. Just told they are only on prescriptions dated 6th as pharmacist is doing Covid Jabs. No apology nothing. Just told can't be done yet and would have to wait for an hour. I was not able to wait an hour. I do not blame the staff or even the pharmacist. They looked so stressed out. There is clearly not enough staff or pharmacists for the amount of prescriptions they get. This is a management/tesco issue. What's the point in seeing a gp if you can't get your medication.

  A catalogue of problems with this set up, Wait time for prescriptions can be a number of days. No text message service despite repeatedly giving details. Pharmacy regularly closes outside of working hours due to no pharmacists available. Queues ridiculous. You queue when you turn up in hope prescription should be ready, to be told to go and do your shop and come back in half an hour. Then come back and have to join queues again. I feel sorry for the staff, they seem unsupported by whoever employs them, working on skeleton staff and lack of stock. I’ve never experienced rudeness but I can see why they may have a problem keeping staff. The issues with stock includes that on occasions they can only complete part of one item (half the quantity prescribed) or tell you they will have to order in or you may want to take the prescription elsewhere - I have now permanently.

  Understaffed, very slow prescription processing time, too many people so you end up waiting hours even days — you’re better off going somewhere else. The front desk person seems overwhelmed.
