It is useful having access to a gym, swimming and other leisure options in one place, and the location makes it a practical choice for people in and around High Wycombe. The main strength is the variety. It works well if you want somewhere that covers general fitness, swimming or family activities without needing to travel far. That said, the experience can feel a bit mixed at times. Some areas could be better organised, and the overall standard can depend on how busy it is and what you are using. It is still a valuable local centre, but there is room for improvement. I would use it again and would recommend it, especially for convenience and range of facilities.

After 30 mins of me trying to explain to the same Woman who signed me up, that I have not been here before and do not know where the pool is, as I have not been shown, she then tells me "it's fully booked now but if I want a tour, I can have one at 09:00"....that was at 06:40. I cannot really comment on the facilities, as I have not seen them but I'm sure there is an easier way to get fit.
