  Maria was very soothing with her approach towards making me feel welcome and relaxed. The young lady was kind and thoughtful throughout my visit and made sure I was aware of what was taking place, she made sure my eye test was comforting and when placing l my prescription for my sunglasses after my eye test, was that which I wanted. 10/10 for the High Wycombe branch Kind regards Philip Nelson

  I have been with Vision Express for many years. I have never had a bad experience. The staff are very polite and make you feel at ease. The eye test is very thorough.

  Coating on lenses was damaged. The people who worked in the skip said they had never seen anything quite like it. Manager said the coating was 11 days out of insurance warranty so couldn't do anything. I said I would bring them in again too send away and I would pay for repair and then try to discuss discount it weather repair later but he was dismissive. Took them in the following day and a really helpful chap said he would try inset warranty and see what came back - they went through as £85 warranty claim rather than £350. The chap I spoke to was helpful and got the job done - I've been going there 12 years and had frames and lenses through them many times. The manager just was jobs worth and 'computer says no'. Well done young fella though, give yourself a pat on the back.
