  I am very disappointed that I visited you and did not receive any good quality of service for my glasses, I asked you to make my glasses again because I could not see well with them, I had to lift them all the way up to see, and I could not see clearly from left and right, but you did not make them, instead you offered to drop the combined reading and driving glasses and make them for me only for reading, and I had no choice, HIGH WYCOMBE, I will never visit you again

  This branch has really gone downhill. One member of staff can be relied upon to tell what you can’t have and do rather than what you can and then argues when you question the failing logic. They continued with the wrong contact lens provision as they seemed to want to push the brand and present a fairly baffling pricing structure in a convoluted buy-one-get-one-half-price entanglement which benefits nobody but them when you do the price analysis. I am thankful to go elsewhere now.

  I visited the store today because of advice from my Dr with regards to an ongoing headache/ uncomfortable eyes. All the team at Vision express are always brilliant and very attentive - but today was the best visit of all. They were made aware of my situation and from the off I was made to feel at ease. The team were extremely thorough firstly with my eye scan/ pressure test and then later on with my eye exam. Wasim conducted my exam he was very kind and took his time to explain his findings until I understood what my next steps were to feeling better. I even had another test before I left to check my peripheral vision to make sure we had covered everything. I was very anxious and worried before my visit but left feeling incredibly relived. Thank you to all the team for your brilliant customer service and your attention to detail when it comes to patient care :) 10/10 from me.
