  I bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses with prescription lenses, but the quality is so poor that they look like fakes. I took them to the shop to ask for the arms to be replaced, but they only offered to clean them. Even when I purchased them and went to collect the sunglasses with the prescription lenses fitted, I had to ask them to replace the pair three times because the frames were scratched! The quality of the product has been extremely disappointing.

  Sat on my glasses 🙄 a new set of frames ordered through the insurance on Wed, delivered to store on Thu and fixed by Friday - all for £40! With no spare set I didn’t know what I would do - super fast, and so helpful!

  Exceptional service from start to finish. The team at Vision Express made me feel comfortable and well looked after throughout my visit. The eye examination was extremely thorough, and the advice I received was excellent and clearly explained. I also had fantastic support when choosing my glasses, with plenty of help and patience to make sure I found the right pair. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Vision Express and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
