  Really lovely experience at David Lloyd! Ame was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She gave us a great tour of the club, answered all our questions and made the registration process really easy and straightforward. She was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout. Thank you, Ame, for making the whole experience so positive! 😊 The coffee was a nice treat!

  Been going here regularly, brought a guest once 15min earlier from the time the receptionist (was talking rude and making us wait outside). Genuinely not the experience you should be getting considering that the cleanliness of the facilities has not been improving and some spa facilities are constantly closed. Rather chit-chat than provide any service.

  Sorcha has been very kind, honest and helpful during the signing up process and has made everything super clear and easy. Theres a very relaxed, clean, welcoming feel to the gym and facilities look really good.

  Good facilities and parking but expensive, very busy during peak times and lots of rules when it comes to leaving or making changes which you will find in the small print. I recently added my son to my membership on the understanding he could be removed any time, only to find out when I tried to remove him a few months later that he had to stay for one year and could only suspend membership once a year, making it very expensive. Sales will not tell you all the details when you join so make sure you get everything in writing and understand the terms and conditions, they will use these to keep you tied in for as long as possible.

  I recently visited David Lloyd to meet with Sorcha personally, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Despite how busy the club was, Sorcha was incredibly friendly, welcoming, smiley and professional, and she took the time to sit down with me and really understand what I was looking for. Sorcha invited me in to view the club and explained all the different membership options available. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we enjoy using, whether that was the gym, pool, spa or other facilities, and then helped us choose the membership that best suited our needs. She also explained how to use the app, which was really helpful, and reassured us that we could contact her at any time if we needed help or had any questions. Sorcha also took the time to introduce herself, explain her role within the club and what she will be doing in the future, which made the whole experience feel very personal and welcoming. Her communication has also been fantastic. She was brilliant at arranging contact and responding quickly to emails, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Thank you so much, Sorcha! Your friendly, professional and personal approach made such a great impression, and I really appreciate the time and effort you put into helping us. You are a real asset to the club!
