  I came in after an appointment was booked and when I got to the shop they cancelled it which I wasn't very happy. So I did kick off with it because every time I book an appointment it gets cancelled. So anyway there was a girl there she got me through my eye test. Very helpful. Very polite, very nice young lady. She sorted out everything that needed to be sorted out so everything worked out in the end

  I have been a long term customer of Vision Express Aylesbury but after my most recent visit I am extremely disappointed. By way of explanation I visited the branch because my photochtomic lenses after only two years appear to have lost their function. I was initially informed that this was because photochtomic lenses deteriorat after two years, when I challenged this they said it was because of the way I cleaned the lenses. It was clear from this exchange. I paid for new lenses to be fitted into my existing frame, which they then broke and have to replace. A really quite an appalling experience, unprofessional and extremely poor customer care. I will not return!!!
