  Poor service, repeatedly missing items from prescriptions meaning a return trip to complete. Latest 3 part prescription handed over in a sealed bag, got home to find it had a missing item and, when informed, they insisted it was in there. So effectively accusing me of theft.

  For the first time in my life, I sadly have to leave a bad review. My GP approved three items and I received two. As soon as I noticed one item was missing - I called the pharmacy. As there were closing in a couple of minutes, I wouldn't be able to go back there immediately. I was told everything "should be there" and come back on the next day. I came back and they had not investigated anything. They didn't check their inventory or security cameras to see that my item wasn't even packed in the bag. I was told there's "nothing they can do"! I'm lucky I'm not in desperate need of this medication - imagine if someone's life of wellbeing was depending on it! I'm taking this further and the pharmacy will undergo an investigation, which I'm very happy about! Highly disappointing!

  USELESS PHARMACISTS!!! Was advised by my GP to go to a local pharmacy for eczema. I went in there, visibly pregnant, and the man was horrifically useless! He sold me an ointment that is unsuitable for pregnant women and when I went to refund it, he said "I didn't know; it's a difficult question to ask." LIKE I'M SORRY?!?! You're a pharmacist! If you were even as civilised as a rock, you would ask a woman if she was pregnant before... I don't know... prescribing something unsuitable for pregnant women!!! Do your due diligence, eediat!!! Then the pharmacist gave me a cream and advised I contact my midwife with a prescription for anti-histamines, even though I'm not allergic to anything! I don't trust them with anything and will never go there again. Would give -100 stars if I could!

  Absolutely worst service, the man in the service this morning literally argueing for no reason, I would say rude , as others noted. very poor communication, told meds was available, and when i turn up its not, I will change my pharmacy for next prescription onwards, using them for a while now, can't tolerate this kind of service!
