I was also pleasantly surprised that they resized and adjusted my existing frames at no additional cost, which was a great example of the personalised care and attention I received throughout. I went for an eye test last Friday and could only have half of the test completed because of computer shutdown. I know this was out of the store’s control but it is disappointing to have to return to have the test completed. Furthermore, I was a little shocked to find out that to have glasses reglazed they now have to send them away, adding an additional £70 yo the cost. The staff in there are always amazing and Kate managed the situation well.
