I selected two Hearing Aids following her advice. I found her extremely professional and friendly. My follow up appointment was two weeks later and Reena was able to answer a few queries I had. Overall very impressed with the service provided. Highly recommend the product and Reena.

I was informed my appointment had been changed without my knowledge and I should go home as I was an hour early! I did just that and stayed there! I received no follow up call or apology for their mess up! I'll stick with Specsavers who atleast know a thing or two about customer service and courtesy!
