  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Bisma and Ayan I visited Vision Express at The Fort Shopping Centre in Birmingham recently and was helped by Bisma and Ayan, and I wanted to leave a review to say how great they both were. Bisma was so friendly, welcoming and really took the time to listen to what I needed. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Her knowledge and helpfulness really stood out. Ayan was equally brilliant — professional, attentive and very thorough. He gave honest advice, helped me find the right frames and lenses, and made sure I was completely happy before finishing up. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Together they made my visit such a pleasant experience. It’s rare to get such consistent, high-quality service from the whole team. I’d definitely recommend this branch, and especially want to thank Bisma and Ayan for their outstanding work.

  Excellent professional service from Ellie May. I had my vision test at Boots but they did not have any frames I liked. Ellie May was friendly and knowledgeable and I will now use Vision Express in the future. There was a great choice of frames and I’m looking forward to collecting my glasses. My husband and son will also now move to vision express .

  I had an excellent experience at Vision Express in the Fort Shopping Centre. Every member of staff was brilliant at their job, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. What really stood out was the way they carried out their care with a smile and such a friendly attitude. It made a huge difference in helping me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding and it’s clear the team truly cares about their customers. I would highly recommend Vision Express at the Fort Shopping Centre to anyone looking for professional service delivered with kindness and warmth.

  Im not gonna deal with them again. I went to them a month ago to do an eye test and the recommended me for a new glasses and they said its gonna be ready in a week and they forgot about me at all and no one contacted me and when I had my old glasses done they said you something happens to your glassed in three months, bring them back and we can fix them for you and then something happened to them and took them back to them and didn’t do anything to them

From the moment we walked in, she was bubbly and friendly, immediately making us feel welcome. Her enthusiasm for her job was evident, and it was clear she truly knows her stuff. Not only did she help me find the perfect pair of glasses, but she also managed to convince my wife to get a stunning pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses as well. It’s not every day you meet someone with such impressive selling skills, and her ability to connect with customers is remarkable. I’d give her a solid 10 out of 10 for her knowledge and expertise. If you’re looking for personalized service and someone who genuinely cares about helping you find what you need, I highly recommend visiting Vision Express and asking for her. She’s a lovely lady and a true asset to the team! All I need to say is Men in Black and Ella will know exactly who the person is. LOL
