- AAAmjad Ali1 day ago5.0I visited Vision Express at the Fort Retail Park in Birmingham for a small spectacle case and was helped by Ella. She was incredibly welcoming, well-mannered, and generous enough to give me the case free of charge. She is a true credit to the team—thank you so much, Ella!
- MWMiller Walker1 day ago5.0Optician was lovely, friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name! The ladies that helped me with my the computer side of it were also amazing, she helped me find a frame that suited me and made me feel very comfortable when it came to making payment 🩷
- MBMichelle Beirne-ShaliceOct 1, 20265.0Danny was excellent at setting up the Pay Scheme and knowledgeable in helping me choose frames that were suitable for my high prescription. I really appreciated his help. The Optometrist was also excellent. I know he’s the man who had been there the longest! A great team.
- ZDZarqa DinSep 18, 20265.0I visited Vision Express to choose new glasses and was helped by Sanah — she was truly wonderful and went above and beyond for me. She took so much time and care, never rushing me at all. She carefully did my measurements again to make sure everything was exactly right, and then guided me patiently through choosing frames that suited my face shape, style and comfort perfectly. She listened to what I wanted, gave honest, helpful advice and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s so refreshing to get such thoughtful, thorough service — I’m really happy with my choice and couldn’t recommend Sanah more highly. Thank you so much!
- LALeah ASep 14, 20265.0After previously having a poor experience at a different branch, I visited the Fort and was extremely satisfied with my experience. In particular, Bisma was extremely helpful. She was really patient with me, and allowed me to take my time choosing glasses without brushing me off or hurrying me along. Such a stress free process, couldn’t thank her enough. She was lovely! Although it’s quite a journey from home, i’ll be coming back in the future!
