  Vision Express first time visited this week June 2026, absolutely great, professional from time entered, lovely very professional receptionist very helpful, led to the waiting area for eye assessment, the assessor / technician was very friendly, professional and polite, straight away just after a few minutes was see and eyes examined for eye test by very friendly and professional and helpful optician, this lady has put my mind at rest and very helpful with all my questions. Then when I chose my glasses with the optician assistant this lady was very helpful and straight away helped me choose lovely glasses that I chose was in my price range. Fantastic service I would recommend as I was to go to Vision Express, fantastic service by all the staff.

  Glasses stated that lenses were included. However, then they tried to charge extra £70 for them, saying the lenses 'needed thinning' because of the very frame that stated they were included... 🤔 Eye test was fine, but wouldn't buy glasses from there as don't appreciate scheming. Confirmed: the lenses are free online, so the shop were dishonest in their upselling.

  I had already had one pair of glasses in march this year and I was so pleased with them I decided to return for some more glasses as I wanted an extra pair with transition lenses. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel very confident in my second choice of lenses..I would definitely recommend this harborne branch of vision express.
