Amazing consultation and service. The eye test was explained so clearly and Azba was so polite and patient sorting out my glasses. Would highly recommend

I had such a great experience with Davide when my glasses unexpectedly broke. He was incredibly understanding and accommodating and went above and beyond to help get the situation sorted for me. What could have been a really stressful experience was made so much easier because of how kind, professional and helpful he was. He made sure I was looked after and helped arrange a fresh pair of glasses, and even temporary ones when my original pair had broken in half, which I really appreciated. I’m genuinely so grateful for the time and care Davide put into helping me. He was amazing throughout and is a real credit to the team. Thank you so much Davide 🫶🏼

A very polite, efficient, knowledgeable & friendly service. I was seen by Charanjit Kalsi for my tests and the staff assisted me in my selection of new glasses. I would definitely recommend this branch. The only downside was that parking can be an issue.

I’ve visited Vision Express twice — once for an eye test and once to choose and order my glasses. On both occasions, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. They made me feel very welcome and were happy to answer all my questions and help me choose the right glasses. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Vision Express. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

I have always been very impressed with their aftercare service. I took my glasses for repair twice under my eye care plan. I have never had any problems and they have always been repaired without a hitch. Special mention to Andrea. Thank you for her friendly attitude. She is always welcoming and never made me feel I was causing any trouble. I will definitely recommend this place.
