  I had a great experience at Vision Express! I went in to get a replacement screw for my Ray-Ban glasses, and the staff were very helpful. They ordered the correct screw and fixed my glasses for me completely free of charge. I really appreciate their kindness, excellent customer service, and willingness to help. Thank you for such a lovely experience. Highly recommend Vision Express!

  I always have an excellent experience whenever I visit Vision Express Birmingham. The service is consistently exceptional, and the team are always welcoming, friendly and professional. I was greeted by Malika, who checked me in for my eye test and made me feel very welcome. She also carried out my initial eye screening and was very friendly throughout. Aakash, the optometrist, then carried out my eye test and did a fantastic job explaining my latest results and answering any questions I had. I was also given plenty of time to look through the frames and choose styles I liked. One area I think could be improved is the range of smaller frames available. There seemed to be a lot of larger frames, whereas having a wider selection of smaller and more compact frames would be helpful, particularly for customers with higher prescriptions where smaller frames can be more suitable. Once I had finished looking, Malika was busy but still made sure I was looked after by passing me on to her colleague Zayaan. Zayaan provided excellent service and helped me choose frames that suited me. He also took the time to explain the different lens options available and which would be most suitable for my prescription. A big thank you to Malika, Aakash and Zayaan for the excellent service. Keep up the great work, Birmingham team! Your professionalism, efficiency and customer service really stand out.

  I had a great experience at Vision Express, Bullring. thanks to Iqrah Mahmood. She was extremely friendly, kind and welcoming throughout my appointment. She made me feel comfortable and was very helpful and professional. Excellent customer service. thank you, Iqrah!

  I had an appointment but was kept waiting 30 minutes. When I raised it, the receptionist compared the wait to a government GP and offered no apology, suggesting I go elsewhere instead. For a private practice, I expected better communication and customer service. Would not recommend unless this improves

  My experience of the advanced eye test at Vision Express was excellent. I made the appointment on the day I attended & despite staff shortages there were no delays. It was the most thorough eye test I’ve ever had & explanations of every part of the procedure were given as it progressed. The staff were fantastic, friendly & supportive whilst remaining professional. If you care about not only your vision but the health of your eyes I could not recommend this service & venue more highly.
