I popped into the store as my Chloe sunglasses that I had as an 18th birthday present 19 years ago, the silicone nose pad had fallen off. These are a sentimental gift and I went into Specsavers where the woman refused to help me even if I paid. I walked straight into the Bullring store and Fiz replaced both nose pads within 3 or 4 minutes. She was so lovely and honestly made my day. I am due to go on holiday on Thursday and was so stressed I wouldn’t have my favourite sunglasses and she went above and beyond. Thank you ever so much Fiz! You are a lifesaver and I really hope you get recognised for your excellent service.

When I complained, the supervisor was incredibly rude, took zero accountability, and said, "I don’t know whose mistake this is." He completely wasted my time right before my travel. This isn't the first time; I actually had to move my kids' orders to another shop because of an elderly Asian female employee here who is always rude, snaps at my children, and refused to make lenses for my son's frame just because I bought it elsewhere to fit his size (which they couldn't even provide, despite other staff doing it for me twice before). Absolute lack of professionalism from the staff and management. I have already filed an official complaint and expect a satisfactory resolution. Never coming back!
