    I had quite a bad throat infection and had to go through the 111 experience,not once but twice due to them making an error.Luckily for me the Pharmacist in Tesco Swan was a life saver.He was the bald guy with glasses(sorry)he spoke to the 111 operator and got things moving quickly for me and got me a perscription which i really needed.All with a sense of humour.Massive thanks to you a thoroughly nice bloke and a credit to Tesco.Top man.

    Very unprofessional i have been out of my medication for 3 DAYS and has happened not once but 3times I was told by them not my fault not my problem very unprofessional
