  Had a great experience at David Lloyd Birmingham thanks to Emi, who helped me sort out some queries and issues I had. She was warm, patient, and clearly knew exactly what she was talking about, took the time to properly understand what I needed rather than rushing me through, and had it sorted quickly and efficiently. It's rare to get service that's both this friendly and this competent. Great asset to the club, thanks again, Emi!

  On visiting the venue was greeted by Josh who showed me around the facility and all of it's facilties. Fantastic range of equipment and facilties available, thoroughly recommended and Josh was the perfect host and could answer all questions raised . Hats off to him for being the professional, knowledgeable host for the entire visit.

  Emi did my tour and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, and her main focus was understanding my needs and what I want to achieve. She also encouraged me to try the classes to help build my confidence, which is exactly what I needed! I left the gym tonight with a big smile on my face thanks to her presence and support. 😊 Thank you, Emi! :)

  My rating is based as an occasional user of this gym. Its not my main gym. I usually workout at 6am and for me its always been good. All equipment works and not too busy. Only the heat from the pool in gym area is the one thing that is a negative for me. Staff always helpful.

  Staff are friendly, but unfortunately everything always seems to be broken — especially the treadmills. They’ve clearly spent a fair bit of money doing up the yoga studio, which now looks like a gay sex sauna from 2017, yet somehow they still can’t keep the actual gym equipment working. We pay 120 each per month and you can’t get TV on them or the screens are knackered. And the parking is even worse. It looks like someone’s shoved a handful of Hot Wheels cars up their arse and farted them across the car park. Absolutely no order whatsoever — just a complete free-for-all. Nice staff, but the basics seriously need sorting out.
