  Tesco Pharmacy is an excellent, well‑run pharmacy that consistently delivers friendly, efficient, and reliable service. Every time I visit, the team are welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to helping customers. It’s one of those rare pharmacies where you feel properly looked after, and the staff take the time to make sure everything is explained clearly and handled smoothly. The prescription service here is outstanding. They are organised, fast, and far more efficient than many larger chain pharmacies. My prescriptions are almost always ready when expected, and on the rare occasion there’s a delay or a stock issue, the staff communicate it clearly and offer practical solutions. They’re also brilliant at explaining medication changes, dosages, and interactions in a way that feels supportive and easy to understand. Their attention to detail gives you real confidence in the service. The staff are the biggest strength of this pharmacy. They are friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. Whether you’re collecting a repeat prescription, asking for advice, or dealing with something more sensitive, they always take the time to listen and help. You never feel rushed or dismissed. They treat every customer with patience and respect, and that personal touch makes a huge difference. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. The pharmacy itself is clean, tidy, and well organised. The counter area runs smoothly, and even when it’s busy, the team keep things moving without making anyone feel hurried. They stock a great range of over‑the‑counter medicines, first‑aid items, vitamins, and everyday health essentials. Everything is easy to find, and the staff are always happy to point you in the right direction if you’re unsure. Another thing I really appreciate is how knowledgeable the team are. If you’re worried about symptoms, unsure about side effects, or need advice on managing a condition, they explain things clearly and calmly. They never make you feel silly for asking questions, and they always make sure you leave with the right information. That level of care is exactly what you want from a community pharmacy. Overall, Tesco Pharmacy is a fantastic place to get prescriptions and health advice. The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The prescription handling is fast and reliable, the shop is well stocked, and the whole experience is consistently positive.   Open until late, but very poorly organised staffed. Always a long wait even for simplest prescription and even pre-ordered medicines! Not recommended

  Pathetic pharmacy, always understaffed, prescription won't be ready to collect even after the request is made more than 2 weeks in advance and then when you finally receive the prescription you are told some medicine is missing. No communication what so ever about the prescription.

  Rude dismissive slow staff, waiting in time consuming queues, opening and closing whenever they like, and generally not giving a crap about the customers! Whoever oversees this pharmacy needs to get their act together, because the service here is an absolute disgrace! How dare you be so rude an obnoxious to some of the senior citizens that use this pharmacy to get their much needed, overly expensive no doubt, medication! Clearly some people are not raised to be respectful of the elderly, and have pride in their jobs!! 1 star because zero is not an option!!

  I am so sick of incompetent people who cannot provide a basic service. With clear indication of an eye infection, and after a previous doctor’s visit where eye drops were recommended, the pharmacist at this location decided not to provide the medication because they were worried about antibiotic resistance. As a result, we left with my wife still struggling with an infected eye, apparently reassured that at least she would not develop immunity to antibiotics in the future. We then went to another pharmacy where a competent pharmacist reviewed the situation properly and helped us straight away, so hopefully my wife can now start to recover. Absolutely appalling service.
