  Just want to extend my thanks to the on duty pharmacist today for going above and beyond to help me today, you can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely wants to help people.

  Very poor customer service by the guy at reception. Placed an order for specific medication. Was told come back in 2 days. Called so many times to see Prescription was ready. Came back after a week and was told no Prescription was ready. The guy behind the counter was rude did not apologise. Asked to speak to someone but can not help. Said they can't do anything. Made a complaint to Checkouts management. But very rude customer service, even the Pharmacist did not even come and explain. They just ignored me. Will never go back. Such a bad experience.

  Not impressed by the service today, only 1 woman on the desk, others I persuume at lunch. No organization with prescriptions, dropping off and collecting, so had to queue up again in a very large queue. I will not be using again.

  Terrible service today tuesday 14/11 6pm. Around 12 persons in the queue and nobody coming out, but you can leasing the pharmacist talking and laughing inside. My prescription was sending in the morning and until 6 pm was not ready. My rate is 1 start because I don't have the option for put 0.
