  Terrible Pharmacy, my partner had requested an emergency prescription for their mental health and was called by a pharmacist named Tazmin, extremely rude, accursed them of abusing the system. No consideration for the vulnerability or health of anyone and sooner or later someone is going to get hurt or possibly worse, due to the hubris and lack of awareness of these people.

  Nice and friendly staff very efficient even able to hold a pharmacist consultation privately to help with issue along with being able to provide stronger medication then could’ve been bought in store well recommended

  Refused to let me buy some over the counter pain killers during the easter weekend. They were for an elderly relative with hip pain. She'd last had some 3 weeks prior! I asked how long she needs to go before being able to take them again but the pharmasist didn't answer. I went to tesco on goldington road instead where they were much more helpful. I've not seen such a collection of jobsworths together in a long time.

  Resident pharmacist female rude ,impolite ,dismissive to a patient the was referred via NHS for emergency medication. Ignored patient was rude and refused to provide medication leaving patient without medication that is needed due to a brain injury. Most incorrect treatment from initial conversation to last. Disgusting way to treat a human being and we have reported her abuse to the authorities and regulation body that controls such abuse. Shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public with such a disgraceful attitude.

  Hello there my husband and I went to the pharmacy yesterday around later afternoon we had come to collect his medication and they have decided to give him one of his right medications but then the other one was over the counter which he has subscripted medication that the doctors prescribe for him this is outrageous and I will be contacting this women’s manager FYI this women was very rude and treated us like we was in an investigation also looking at my husbands medication and not even checking if it’s the right one as she got one wrong
