  Absolutely fabulous experience today. With Mr J Malik, it’s not just an eye examination. It’s the whole experience: the way he shows interest, the way he silently encourages, the way he makes a teen engage in a conversation and the way he gives them confidence. On the shop floor, Lorna providing excellent service and Mohammed stepping in with enthusiasm and a great smile to ensure everything was perfect! What a super team! Keep it up guys!

  I’ve used Vision Express for over 10 years, seen staff come and go, but the service has remained the same. A first class Opticians where service and clients needs are at the top of their list. I’m always greeted with a smile, and after enquiring about my day, the real work begins to check and inspect my eyes, culminating in a pair of glasses that fit, and more importantly I can see through. Any problems are taken care of without making a big deal of it. This result’s in return business from my self, in the knowledge I’m getting a product that is correct for my prescription and style that suits me. The real back bone of the shop is not its name but the staff that run the shop. They are very professional and take pride in what they do. Nothing is too much trouble. They will always be my first choice. Thank you……
