  The Aircon was great except it wan't working in the test room. The service was excellent from staff and the optometrist was engaged and professional. Bath branch good standard.

  From the moment I entered shop,a Very formal greeting and invited to sit to discuss my needs. Extremely Professional almost military like...listened to my request...consulted system gave me options. Purchased what was proposed...negotiated cost and settled the account. Ow awaiting fitment of my purchase...which will be swift procedure.

  I’ve been coming to Vision Express for the last three years, and I can honestly say that I’ve been extremely impressed with the service I’ve received. I used to work for a company that was a competitor to Vision Express, so I know what good service should look like — and I would have to say that Vision Express is one of the best out there. The management and staff are absolutely excellent. They take the time to understand what you need and recommend the right options without making you feel pressured. We’re also on a payment plan, which works really well for us, and we’re able to get our lenses upgraded free of charge when required. I would highly recommend Vision Express to all my family and friends, and to anyone reading this review — if you’re looking for great service, friendly staff and excellent value, give Vision Express a try. You won’t be disappointed!

  I visited vision express to browse on Aug 1st after having quite the underwhelming experience at specsavers for my eye test and subsequently failing to find any frames I liked, after looking for a while and trying on many pairs, a staff member came to check whether I needed any help. After I explained my ordeal (never had glasses before, couldn’t decide on a pair that complimented me, wasn’t really sure how it all worked), the man who dealt with me was extremely helpful, sitting me down, talking me through everything, helping me pick my frames and type of lenses, as well as making sure I got them for as cheap as possible! Recommending I download student beans so I could claim a 30% discount I didn’t know about and cutting down the price quite significantly. I really appreciated his customer service and how lovely he was during the whole interaction. Thank you guys :))
