Do not go near they don't care about their customers I had to go with someone else. They roped me in to buying varifocals and sunglasses to get their sales but left me basically without glasses and had to go somewhere else strange bunch in this place just weird some their attitudes are terrible and only care about sales not your eyes. You won't get great aftercare either. After spending lot of money that didn't have. Why this place has some good reviews I will never know. Plz get some staff that care. avoid avoid Shouldn't have gone to specsavers

I attended last week for my eye test and again yesterday to collect my glasses and have visual fields checked, and the experience was consistently excellent throughout. The person who tested my eyes was very approachable and kind, took time to answer my questions, and thoughtfully offered a return appointment for visual fields without me needing to ask, which I found really helpful as eye tests give me headaches. The staff supporting me in choosing my glasses were friendly, and the lady who measured and fitted my glasses for ordering was equally professional and reassuring. When I returned yesterday, the visual fields test was carried out in a calm and supportive way, and Kayley was so nice and very kind during this. The final fitting of my glasses was also handled with care and attention. Overall, the entire process felt welcoming, considerate, and well-coordinated from start to finish. Thank you all so much.
