- JNJanet Nesbitt1 day ago1.0At my appointment I needed new lens. I had previously bought a pair of glasses in this vision express. I left these in to get new lens . I was then charged £70 for glazing on top of lens charge. I was told these were my own glasses (obviously because I had bought them) . This purchase is listed in my notes. Would like an explanation.

They apologised and I asked for some discount for the inconvenience and further delay I experienced. After checking with their manager it was agreed Vision Express would refund me £15. I accepted this. Whilst mistakes can happen I must say Vision Express recognised the error on their part and as a gesture of goodwill offered me some compensation. They have now met my expectation.
