After 2 weeks rang store only to be told they would be unable to provide me with the lenses that I had ordered, being forced into going for the next lense size up was told told it would take 10 days for the glasses to arrive gave them 2 weeks due to being on holiday rang store to be told that the ordered wasn’t even processed yet. I could get a refund however I would still be having to wait for the glasses to made. Will not be using vision express again, the staff in store were excellent however the business operation is terrible

Also my wife who was also getting two pairs of glasses was not tested properly and had to refuse them as could not see was retested and now await replacements. Suggest you try specsavers as V E. Terrible just to update you my wife went to pick up new glasses and the same could not read with them . We now have had a refund and will be going elsewhere
