The staff who attended to us was warm and friendly... took my son for a eye test but unfortunately won't attend to him due to his age. Sent us back to GP.

Wow what a change !! ( Excellent Decor), and what a super experience, very polite knowledgeable and approachable staff, didn’t even wait long to be seen, and the “ophthalmologist “ was perfect at explaining exactly what was going on with my eyes and the best treatments forward - couldn’t fault him or Vision Express EVER AGAIN !!“Exceptional Service !!” ☺️ Thank you so much 💜✨

Visited Vision Express for my biannual check up, the layout had changed slightly after refit but I was guided to seating area and made comfortable by a very helpful assistant. Both optometrists explained in detail what the process would involve and cost and put me at ease immediately, After my check up I was again attended to by yet another friendly and helpful colleague who gave me my prescription and explained my options. I was as always very satisfied with my visit to Vision express.

Staff were nice at face value. However throughout the experience i felt rushed the whole time. The appointment left me feeling more like a number coming through the door rather than a customer who deserved proper care and attention. I was told in one breath it should take contact lenses about 20 minutes to adjust to my eyes but i was given an eye test to try them right away, one i promptly struggled with. Towards the end of my appointment i was informed i would receive a shared document to further learn about contact lenses which was forgotten to be given to me. During the actual fitting i struggled to adjust to the movements required to fit the lenses and i could feel an ever so slight impatience with the optometrist, an impatience that was shown through his comment of “not having a session after me”. Now don’t get me wrong, the staff weren’t mean, they could’ve just done with being more patient and understanding, things that would make a customer feel more listened to.
