Jackie Todd, is excellent. First class care and attention. I recommend Jackie to my friends when they mention they are needing any help with their hearing.

Great experience at Boots Hearingcare Bon Accord, Aberdeen! I had a hearing test yesterday at Boots in the Bon Accord Shopping Centre, Aberdeen, and I am absolutely delighted with the service. My audiologist, Jacqueline, was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. She was extremely attentive throughout the whole appointment and made me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was lovely, and the test was carried out at a great pace—very efficient, prompt, and not dragged out at all. On top of her high professionalism, Jacqueline was also very pleasant and wonderful to talk to. Highly recommend this branch and this amazing specialist!

Hearing aid charger stopped working friday night. Tried phoning both hearing care and opticians number to see if I could get a replacement Saturday. Phoned and phoned, hung on but nobody answers the phone. Sent email but no response either
