  I waited, and waited, and waited until it had been an hour, then went up to the front desk to tell them, who were clearly inconvenienced by a problem of their own making. Absolutely ridiculous. Total joke of a place, severely uncoordinated, where people absolutely don't care, apparently, about operating their business at a bare minimum efficiency. Easily the most neglectful experience I've had in healthcare.

  While Dr Hudson is wonderful the office staff and some of the nurses are less than helpful or polite. My most recent experience today as a severe migraine client in a ton of pain was to be talked to rudely about a prescription refill request inquiry. The front desk staff didn't even have the courtesy to offer to find out what's going on but instead kept me on hold for 17 minutes and then the nurse, who finally answered told me that she had called in my prescription and ensured me not to worry she would message me in my my chart about the issue with refills. Instead, I found out from my pharmacy after waiting another hour and a half that she had never actually called it in. I am in a ton of pain and so frustrated with this office!

  My doctor recently left the practice, so I called in to inquire about how to move forward. I have never spoken to anyone so rude and unprofessional in the medical field. I addressed the lack of professionalism and the response was “ooook”, followed by being hung up on. Dr Eltarwy was a great doctor, but the front desk staff is horrible.

  Only giving 2 stars because I do like Dr. Hudson I do however dislike the practice of scheduling so very far out for everything. I made an appt for 1/12/26 about 6 or 7 weeks ago as it was the NEXT open slot. Today 1/9/26 my appt was cancelled by them and rescheduled for the NEXT open appt which is the end of MARCH. It is absurd honestly how this keeps happening. Love Dr. Hudson and she is the only reason I am still there. I have been seeing her for close to 20 years and that is something to value.

  Doctor Hudson sets the standard. She gives you her full attention, asks thoughtful questions, listens without rushing, and remembers not just your history but the details of your life and family. She’s exceptional, and I recommend her without hesitation to anyone. And her staff follows her lead; a group of amazing people!
