  Nice gym not enough equipment for the amount of ppl that attend this gym many broken machines definitely need some attention

  Love this location!!! Everyone is super warm and kind. My kids also love the kids club which is the main reason I make the further drive rather than going to the location closer to my home. The gym culture here also feels more family-friendly!

  Love this gym - great classes, love the walking track & not too packed. The new GM Curtis has the most positive & bright energy & shines the light & joy of Jesus just in his demeanor! Suzanne is one of the BEST gym class instructors I’ve ever had, so patient & encouraging & yet pushes you! She’s phenomenal. Overall, amazing experience!

  I have been a member of One Life for over two years. I enjoy using the weight machines, walking the track, and the cardio machines. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. You are greeted with a smile and a “Hello!” upon entering and “Have a good day!” when you leave. They make you feel like you are part of the family. The manager, Curtis, is extremely kind and helpful. He sets the welcoming tone at One Life!
