Xavier was very helpful and polite at all times. He explained how my prescription will be in my new Gucci reading glasses. Outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend this location for a nice experience when choosing your glasses.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. Had the worst experience with getting my glasses done right at LensCrafter in the outlet mall. Heather and Brenda can use some customer service classes when it comes to giving excellent customer service! Heather try speaking directly to the customer regarding an issue instead of through others. This will cut down on confusion. Key Phases of Direct Communication- Take Ownership, Have Direct Access, and Communicate effectively...

This location violates the rights of ADA across the board. The doctor initially refused a prescription to my husband on palliative care because he's at end of life and disabled. After demanding a prescription the doctor complied as she realized her potential violation. Then when placing an order for glasses with the LensCrafters optical side we were notified that the glasses were ready and could be picked up anytime. Upon arriving the staff refused to allow my disabled spouse possession of the property he paid for and said that the appropriate staff they need to dispense a pair of glasses were not present. This has caused incredible pain and suffering upon him and we will be contacting an attorney as this is a clear violation of his rights as a disabled citizen.

Simply horrible.. If I could give 0 stars I would!! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at your store. As a long-time customer, I expected a much higher level of service and transparency. I received a text notification stating my glasses were ready for pickup. However, after driving to the location, I was refused my glasses. The assistant manager Kayla G. informed me that I could not take them because a doctor was not present. Not only is this policy questionable, but it was also never communicated to me—not during the initial order, nor in the pickup notification. Had I been informed of this requirement, I would have planned accordingly. To be turned away after making the trip is unacceptable. Regrettably, due to this lack of professionalism and respect for my time, I will no longer be bringing my business to this location.

Xavier was amazing, he fixed my glasses even though I didn't purchase them from there. He was very personable and professional.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
