Dr Zaunbrecher is the best. Very thorough and always addresses all concerns and questions. She is responsive to email questions and follow up.

First I was a little late which I'm never late but the traffic was terrible.. But that wasn't a problem with them everybody was amazing They were kind accommodating and very pleasant to be around I recommend this company to everyone and I will have to have a slight surgery on my eyes and I trust them to do it.

A great office full of great people but always an excuse about being short handed. The appointments always take so long, 3 hours. To much sitting around and wating to be moved to a room to wait some more. Im not doing it anymore. I walked out 90 minutes into my appointment. I'll either find a smaller office or go blind, I guess

In a relatively critical situation I call GEORGIA Eye partners at 4:15. THE RECEPTIONIST listened to my problem. She stated that all Drs were with patients and they were closing soon but she would get the message to Andrew and someone would call me back...today. within 15 minutes Candice called me, took all information, told me exactly what to and why ,and made an appointment for me the next AM. I saw Dr. Zaunbrecher, the next day who did the diagnosis, with a complete mix of professionalism, caring and friendliness. There was no 'pollyanna' ending. BUT from Andrew, who handled the first request and later did all the testing,to Dr. Amber Zaunbrecher, to the treasure of a receptionist that answered the phone at 4:15 and started the ball rolling to my comfort. I wish I could name her. Georgia Eye exhibited the epitome of medical professionalism and care for the individual.

My intake experience for my consultation went very well. I was welcomed with a smiling face, and the assistants were cordial, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the initial part of my visit. However, after being in the office for almost two hours, I expected a more thorough discussion with the doctor about the upcoming surgery. When I finally met with Dr. Schoenberg, the explanation of what to expect during surgery lasted only about three minutes, which felt a bit rushed considering the length of time I had been waiting. The most disappointing part of the visit was at checkout. My eyes had been dilated, but I was not offered sunglasses, which would have been helpful given the light sensitivity afterward. I was also told that the appointment scheduler was not in that day, so I could not schedule my surgery. Despite that, I was encouraged to purchase two eye drops priced at $45 each that I was told should be started two days before surgery. Since I did not yet have a surgery date, I declined the purchase until the procedure is actually scheduled. After declining, the tone seemed to change. Because I had no co-pay and did not purchase the drops, the interaction at checkout felt noticeably less welcoming. I was given a brief goodbye and no clear indication of when the scheduler would be available or when I could expect to set up the next steps. Overall, the intake staff were pleasant and professional, but the follow-through and patient communication at the end of the visit could use improvement.
