Today though was my last time. I showed up for my 12: 30 and proceeded to wait 10 min. There was no one else in the exam room so I asked the receptionist if the doctor was there? She said she was and would be with me shortly. So I proceeded to look around a bit more without saying anything. The receptionist then decided to say "it's only ten minutes late and this is how doctor offices work". That led to me commenting about my time is valuable as well and then the doctor came out. Her comment was she couldn't rush what she was doing. No one asked you to rush! I merely asked if the doctor was there. No apologies for running behind. Just trying to correct me for asking a basic question.
