  I would not recommend Target Optical, especially the location at Woodstock Road. I went in for an eye exam and weeks later when I went back to pick up my glasses, I explained to the lady that the prescription was extremely strong for my eyes. I didn’t want to take the glasses home, but she told me to take them for 2 to 3 weeks and see how they felt and see if I got used to them and let them know. I called back mid January and left a message stating the glasses were too strong and I’d like to get back in for another appointment to change my prescription to a lower strength. No one called back. After about a week, I called back and left another message. No call back. I called three times and left messages with no callback. I called back early this morning, gott someone on the phone, explained the situation and she told me I would need to come back in and pay for an eye exam again in order for my lenses to be replaced, because I am now outside of their window of replacing them without additional cost. My complaint is that this location does not return messages, unless you’re trying to spend money ot make an appointment. They won’t return your call if they need to help you or to correct something. I would not recommend this office.

  Micailah is great! She has been picking out my glasses for several years now and is so good at what she does! The whole staff at Target Optical is friendly, welcoming and helpful.

  Micailah is the absolute BEST. She’s so knowledgeable, so friendly and so fast without losing quality and warmth. You can tell she actually cares about her job and the people that come in. She encourages first-name basis relationships in order to make you feel like family. That’s a quality that is hard to find these days. She’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to this Target Optical.

  My wife and I had a great experience today from our eye exams with the outstanding Doctor Brown to our professional eye wear consultant Micailah. First class in services and selection. Friendly staff overall. Highly recommend target optical for a hidden gem in Woodstock. Excited for my new Oakley prescription sunglasses for biking.
