  I have waited a month for the glasses I ordered. I called today and found out they came in scratched and need to be re-ordered. Presumably, they never planned to let me know any of this. I just get to wait some more. Lovely customer service

  This is actually one of the worst places I’ve ever been to and I hardly ever leave reviews but this place is a no go. The receptionist was nice as well as everyone else, however paying over $1700 is unacceptable. The vibes were off and it was hard to understand some of the staff members. Overall it was just a strange experience. Edit*** We decided to only move forward with purchasing my son’s glasses after the initial transaction because it was so expensive. We have literally called 5 times to see where our refund is and they are clearly giving us the run around. One lady said the refund should have been there already, then she put me on hold and came back and said we should see it tomorrow. Fast forward, spoke to another person and he said he tried contacting us because the card needed to be verified in order for the funds to be released and that I should see it that day or the next day… Days later and still nothing is there. What an absolute joke!

  A store associate, Minnie, was exceptional! My glasses were hurting terribly and Minnie took the time to adjust & even re-adjust my frames to make them comfortable. She was friendly, compassionate and obviously knew how to make the adjustments that I needed for my glasses to be comfortable. Minnie is an outstanding representative of Pearle Vision and is to be commended for her incredible attitude and desire to help those who walk thru the Pearly Vision doors! Minnie - you are a true blessing and I am so thankful you were there to help me!

  Went on 11-14-25 to get my wife’s lenses for the second time because of scratches. Which was a warranty issue, that was paid for, and the employee was rude and somewhat autistic , sorry, when she talks to clients. When warranty work is done you only have 2 days of the week to get work completed. Thursday and Friday, was not told when we ordered the glasses. Then was told it would take an hour to complete the lens exchange. Got it done and was told again another issue. The frames were out of shape from changing lenses. Was told we could come back later or tomorrow to have them adjusted. Meanwhile an employee was eating popcorn NEVER asked off she could help, and we were told they were short staffed. But, the popcorn eater and the optometrist were in to adjust the glasses. Never gave us that option. VERY LAST time going here what a dysfunctional corporate location.

  Ordered glasses to the tune of $600+. Original date to expect receiving glasses was “3 weeks at the most”. Call to check on glasses two days before they were supposed to come and was told “they will be here”. Called two days after expected date and was told “we will check on that and call you back”. Never received a call back. Called in 3 more days and was old there was “complication at the lab and couldn’t determine exactly when they would arrive”. Received the glasses after 6 weeks. Pearl did not care about their error or lack of customer service. Received zero compensation. Do not use!
