Xavier did an awful job during our visit. I believe he is not trained or forgot his ethics while speaking to a customer! We’ve been a loyal customer since 6 years to LensCrafters and this was our first store visit is Georgia. I believe he has problem in sharing details about the product and its price. He stayed giving sarcastic smiles to his co-working each time my husband asked a question about the product or the promo code from LensCrafters that they couldn’t apply. His gestures were sooo disrespectful and unprofessional! We were to buy 2 sunglasses of the brand Ray-Ban but we had to step out of the store as we couldn’t tolerate his sarcastic smiles and unprofessional behavior throughout the conversation we had about the product!

The entire team was great and had me laughing the entire time! Very friendly, but still professional. All of the opticians were very helpful when looking for the perfect frames!

I had a very pleasant experience in every aspect at LensCrafters. Kayla patiently assisted me in making excellent choices for frames and lenses for glasses and sun glasses. Thanks, Kayla!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
