  I don’t know how or why this pharmacy has such a low star rating because everyone I’ve interacted with has been SO LOVELY! I’ve been to other Kroger pharmacies and this is by far the best! The pharmacist even stopped what she was doing and came by to ask me if my provider told me about contraindications for two medications I was picking up that I wasn’t aware of until the pharm tech and pharmacist herself informed me. Everyone here has been so personable and easy to talk to as well. You can just tell that everyone here actually cares a lot about every single person that comes by. 10/10!! Wish I could give this place more stars and give everyone here a raise because they deserve it!! :)

  Absolutely terrible and rude pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. I needed to call in a controlled substance and she refused to let me tell her the prescription and sent me to voice mail I CAN NOT LEAVE A VOICE MAIL FOR A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Get ur self in check because that is not how you speak to people. I hope they listen to your calls and set you straight. Absolutely ridiculous I should not be this upset doing my job. Get it together I called the owner and she is switching pharmacy’s now after 4 years of going there hope you got what u wanted !!

  I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a while out of convenience but Diane is always so rude. I’ve made the decision to switch pharmacies because I would rather go out of my way than be continuously mistreated.
