Their instructors are knowledgeable and caring. Due to my injury, I would not be able to live my active life without them.

The efforts during Covid-19 have been spectacular and I think this place is cleaner than my own home, LOL. Love the manager and all of the instructors!! If you’re hesitant, this is your sign to try it out!! Seriously the best place to get a good workout.

The Staff was very welcoming when I took my intro class, the instructor was awesome, the 3 month commitment was very clear to me and its totally worth it. Highly recommend this place! Best Pilates based reformer studio in Woodstock.
