I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care.
I came in with a significant ankle injury and expressed concern that it might be more than a sprain. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt unprofessional. At the check-in window, staff were openly gossiping about personal matters (money, long work hours, etc.) in front of patients. It showed a clear lack of awareness and professionalism.
When the doctor entered the room, she neither introduced herself nor asked how I was doing. She immediately began examining my ankle, and when I reacted in pain, there was no acknowledgment or apology. After X-rays were taken, I was told I could leave, with little explanation other than “it’s probably just a bad sprain.”
When I asked how I was expected to walk, I was told to “go buy crutches.” No effort was made by the doctor to even check if crutches were available on-site—her nurse later confirmed that they actually were. That level of dismissiveness was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, I later received a call stating there may actually be a small fracture. When I asked about a walking boot, I was told they were out of stock and advised to order one on Amazon.
At no point did I feel cared for or taken seriously. The overall experience felt rushed, dismissive, and lacking basic compassion and professionalism. I will not be returning.
Rachel was so kind and compassionate! From the second I walked In the door she was able to go above and beyond to help me! Thank you Rachel and the entire team, Your compassion in difficult times is so appreciated!

Started off as a great experience. My daughter hurt her arm and we needed an xray. We got in quickly staff was so friendly. We were referred to an orthopedic, this is where experience went downhill. Called 3 times to have the crate we had taken here to be sent to the orthopedic and they had 3 days to do this and they never sent them. We had to get/pay for another set of X-rays of top of them dropping the ball with that turns out they diagnosed her injury wrong too..AFC said she fractured her wrist but she actually had a buckle fracture up mid arm which AFC said was today fine. So go here for something simple but avoid if you need an X-ray or don’t leave without them at least sending you the scan
Edit- we were at clinic 3/14/2026

This location was great. Rachel took my concerns seriously and was very friendly and personable. She kept me updated about my wait time for results before the Doctor came in.

Pretty disappointed in this spot. My daughter had a simple pink eye infection, toddler age. Was told on the phone and in person they could get her the anti bitoitcs needed.
So gave my 50, got on the room.
Doctor came in looked her over and said, well I've been googling options and im just not comfortable treating her, please go to CHOA.
OKAY, annoyed but okay. Asked to get my money back, they said because the doctor came in the room, its legit charge.
But she told us she cant treat a pink eye, so no treat no pay?
The nurses were generally nice, very good with toddler. But should be a sign, and staff informed "we dont treat toddlers basic needs" . Waste of time and money.
